01Who we are

We build software that ships.

101 is a small, senior product team. We take unclear problems, turn them into working software, and stay on until it holds up in production.

02About

One hundred and one — the first thing you learn, done properly.

We named the studio after the introductory course number. Not because the work is basic, but because most software fails on the basics: unclear scope, slow pages, no tests, a handover nobody can read.

So that is where we are strict. Small teams, short feedback loops, code your own engineers can pick up. No layers of account managers between you and the people writing the code.

  • Senior only

The person in the kickoff call is the person writing the code. No bait-and-switch staffing.

  • Ship weekly

You see a running build every week from week one. Progress is something you click, not a status report.

  • You own it

Your repos, your cloud accounts, your data. Documented handover on day one, not at the end.

What we do

Four practices, one team. Most engagements use two or three of them together.

  • 01

    Product & web platforms

Marketing sites, dashboards, portals and SaaS products built on Nuxt, Next and Laravel. Server-rendered, fast on a mid-range Android over 3G, and indexable.

    • Nuxt
    • Next.js
    • Laravel
    • PostgreSQL
  • 02

    Mobile applications

Cross-platform apps that feel native: offline-first data, push, deep links, and a release pipeline your team can run without us.

    • Flutter
    • React Native
    • Firebase
  • 03

    Product design & UX

Research, flows, prototypes and a real design system — components that exist in code, not only in Figma. Arabic-first RTL layouts included, never bolted on.

    Cloud, DevOps & integrations

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and the unglamorous plumbing between your ERP, payment gateway and everything else.

04Process

How an engagement runs

No mystery phases. Four steps, fixed rhythm, visible output at every one.

  1. Discovery

    1–2 weeks

We map the problem, the users and the constraints, then write down what success means in numbers. You get a scope, a plan and a price — and you can walk away with them.

  2. Design

    2–4 weeks

Flows and screens, reviewed with you weekly. We prototype the risky parts first so disagreements happen in Figma, not in code.

  3. Build

    6–16 weeks

Two-week sprints, a deployed build at the end of each. Automated tests and code review are part of the work, not an extra line item.

  4. Launch & support

    Ongoing

Monitoring, performance budgets, and a documented handover. Stay on a support retainer or take the keys and run it yourself.
